not happy

Telkom has the worse service ever , from the actual service they rendering to theire representatives. I have an ADSL that is not working for more than 2 weeks and its paid for . its the begining of the new month and we are expected to pay the full which is realy not fair . we have been calling the client care and there were time expectations that were not met. I have to take legal actions against this issue as some are using the internet for school and others for business. Im realy disgusted by Telkom and its service.
