😡Not happy 😒

I been calling telkom, about what am experiencing with their network but still am not winning and the worst part is that they taking their money every month but they are failing to deliver. So whether is loadshedding or not but am always struggling to connect and what makes angry is that when you ask to to transfer you to cancelation departments they give you many stories.
