Not Google Play Compatible - No Communication about this!!!! Want New Phone

It is ridiculous how easy it is for Telkom to get in touch with you when they want to sell something, but to get in touch with them is near impossible!! I am so angry right now. My husband and I got our upgrades today - Huawei Y7P. So we go to set it up, I use my banking app for everything. guess what - no google play and not compatible with the ******* that is on the phone. how can this not be advertised or told to a person when you are getting an upgrade. it is IMPORTANT information!!!!! and do not tell me it is all huawei. P30 lite has google play. So - these phones need to be collected and we need phones that are google play compatible. what must i do with this useless phone. i am not paying for this *******. the contract can be swapped out for a huawei that is compatible or a samsung. Is this the reason you are pushing the huawei so much?? selling people useless phones!!
