Not getting what was advertised

<p>Lured by Telkom's advert of lightning speed I recently converted from ADSL to LTE Broadband and that is where I made a big mistake. I have had nothing like lightning speed and am lucky if I sometimes get 5 mbps. The Internet is frequently off and most times very slow. No amount of enquiring has given me any satisfaction. Data also disappears at an alarming rate and extra data is very expensive at R399 for 10 gigs. I have been most disappointed but it is nigh impossible to cancel the contract without having to pay penalties. Wake up Telkom. Start delivering.</p>
