Not getting what im paying for

I have been having ENDLESS issues with telkom, I have been paying for a 4mbps uncapped line and if the internet isn't off then its running under 2mbps its been an ongoing issue for months! total ******* internet is more off than its on, been on the line reporting faults more than I have actually gotten any work done due to them not delivering what I am paying for!

I will never recommend telkom to anyone I have decided to cancel my line with them and I have switched over to Jennys internet.
