Not getting what I was offered.

Telkom Mobile offered me free 20GB of Internet with a "Freeme" deal so I would take a Cellphone contract with them. If you look at my account I had to do out of bundle purchases. To make things worse, I have a Free me 11GB but am only receiving 5 GB monthly. Every time I try to contact them or put in a request for a call back, as soon as I ask who the agent is, they put me on hold and hang up. If only Telkom Mobile after service were as good as their sales service, things would be great! I doubt I will get my value from this 24 month contract.
