Not getting what I pay for!!

I've been with Telkom internet (Open Serve) for 2 years I think. They keep pushing up the monthly tariff without warning and yet my internet speed is pathetic. There's absolutely no way of getting hold of them through their website because it's one of the most UNuserfriendliest sites I've ever worked on. I need someone to contact me so I can arrange for a technician to come out and check my router and/or settings. The people across the street from me has the exact same package and their internet speed is 100% as it should be. *** is my number!!
