Not getting the phone I signed the contract for

I have been a Telkom Mobile customer for four years, and this is my 4th phone. I signed a deal on Monday for the iPhone 5S 64Gb. They checked and there was stock of specifically what I wanted - iPhone 5S 64GB on SmartPlan 100 for R299. When I went in yesterday they \tried"to find one which I firmly believe was not much of an effort after they phoned and confirmed the head office has stock on exactly what I"
