Not getting my data
I took a Adsl 20 mbps uncapped internet deal . This is R999 a month . Included in this deal is a mobile sim witb 3 gb data every month . I did reveive the sim ? But for the past 4 months i never received my 3 free gigs . I have to pay R999 but dont receive wat was advertised. I called many times the help line . I visited telkom stores many times. Nothing gets done . If this does not get fixed i wil move to some one else. I want all my data that i was promised . My landline is **********

We have logged an internal ref. with our IT department regarding the data allocation on the IDS Sim, ref. Incident ***. Please note, that this IDS sim is complimentary, and not something that is being invoiced.
