Not getting hold of Telkom --- This is ridiculous!!!!!

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom for the past 10 days. The contact no 081180 allows you to stay on hold for 20-25 minutes with no assistance. They are deducting monies from my account which is not as per the contract i have signed a month ago. Also no statements has been sent to me! The rooter's signal is so bad - i actually regret taking the deal. It is not worth the money we pay for wifi which does not allow you to connect properly. I am utterly disappointed and will never recommend Telkom as a service provider. Please contact me urgently *** - which i doubt you will. Your service is pathetic!!!
