Not getting help from Telkom

I have been calling Telkom to remove all the telkom numbers under my name of which i don't know and somebody is using these numbers but I am being sent from pillar to post now i don't know where can i get help. The simple things to deactivate the number who ever is using the can activate it with his or her details.
