Not getting deposit back after line cancellation

I app**** for an ADSL line from telkom in Jan 2015 but had another current line with another ISP that was in the notice period to be cancelled which means I had to apply for a new line and then cancel the other line which I then did and Paid a R700 deposit for the new line.
Once the old ADSL expired I went to eastgate store and cancelled the old telkom line. I was then told after the cancellation I would get a notice of the deposit that will be refunded, I just then have to bring the notice into the store and they will release the deposit.
I also had a R210 limit on the previous account which they have kept on the new line even though my monhtly premium is R499, so I kept going into arrears and by the time I get the statement there is already interest due. in march I phoned telkom accounts and asked them to adjust the limit, they then made it higher, however when they debited my account they again only took R210 so now I owe more interest again. On the April statement it now however reflects the new limit.
On the april statement there is also no deposit refund mentioned anywhere. Telkom please sort this out and refund my deposit asap.
