Not getting all stock with contract
<p>Ordered the uncapped wireless LTE deal 24th August 2016. Was told that the poynting antenna's was out of stock and would be put on back order. Phoned today to find out when I will be receiving my antenna and was told that Telkom does not supply the antenna with this "deal" anymore. Then I asked the sales lady that I can speak to a manager and after 35min of holding she put the phone down in my ear. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will give it 5 days then cancel the contract as I did not receive all the goods.</p> <p> </p>
Still there has been no contact made with me as to what your plan is. I have another case number ********** 9 and nothing has been done. Pity I can't give less than a 1 star rating because I will not recommend telkom to anyone ever. Your service is poor, call centre staff is *********** and some of them are just plain Idiots you got from the street and told them to answer phones.
So now Ilhaam....How are you going to F@#k up my day/week/month/year further with your empty promises?
