Not getting a response after logging the same problem 3 times

<p>I have a problem with my Telkom line. I need a technician to come out and move the line that's running from the telkom box to my house. </p> <p> </p> <p>The line has been damaged and the line is not working. I have phoned the call centre 3 times to log the same issue. They keep on telling me that they will contact me to let met know when n technician will come out, but they haven't contacted me once.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been going on for more that 2 months. It's really frustrating to pay for a service that's not working and not getting any response from Telkom at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>JM Nel</p>
