Not following through with their service, and not giving feedback

<p>I chatted with multiple agent to log a call regarding extremely slow internet speed, and both agents were cut off, and neither bothered to call me back or to follow up with me. Both have my account details and personal contact number. I still have not received an SMS regading the call reference, or what the status of my call is. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME!</p>
