NOT FIXING THEIR PROBLEM

My adsl line has been down for more than 2 weeks and Telkom is doing absolutely nothing to try and fix the problem, rather sending me from one call centre agent to another with NO SOLUTION! and still debiting their full amount.

Telkom is the worst service provider in the country!
