Not Fixing the adsl line!

<p>On Saturday (22/10/2016) our ADSL line went down and I reported afault. Ref No.385CNK221016. I have then called everyday since then and they keep telling me a technician has been assigend but not disspatched! this is a bussniess line and we need the internet to do our bussniuess! I need this resolved today!</p>
