Not fixing line and bad support

<p>I have had this fault for over 3 months now and it is not getting fixed. When i phoned in this morning to speak to a support agent he put the phone down in my ear without helping me. My ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no words to for how bad this company is.</p>
