Not fixed

My ADSL has got NO connection between 6pm and 11 pm in weekdays and none over weekends.<br> Afrihost is useless as they not to go via Telkom to log faults. Problem is the guys working for Telkom test the line during business hours, while everything is working fine.<br> I am Capped and I doubt this is throttling as there is no connection during above mentioned time.<br> I am waiting for 3 weeks already and had 2 !! tickets closed because of Telkoms inability TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER<br> Tickets logged : 10ATK210316( 31 March 2016) and 112BTK08416 (18 April 2016). BOTH CLOSED and my router has no connection and I am sending this via cellphone.<br> Telkom, please fix asap and with proper technicians!!
