Not fair service...

Telkom you *******, I was told that I would be migrated to the wireless network as there is no more copper services in my area, waited 3 months to be told that there is no capacity on the tower for smart broadband wireless LTE as the tower is full but on the other hand you can offer me smart broadband wireless LTE 40gig for R269. My question is, both are LTE but the uncapped migration package has no tower space and the 40gig has tower space, how is this possible? Secondly if someone has to buy a telkom sim card will they have to verify tower space before purchase ? Most cellphones now days work of LTE and space is not an issue. The smartbroadband wireless unlimited plan for all hours uses the same technology as the 40gig package and a cellphone so why not do the migration? Maybe this is the reason... a migration costs R599 for 4mbps and you get 3000 minutes for calling telkom to telkom whereas a new uncapped package costs R849 without a voice plan, the smart voice basic is R239 to add on with a total of....R1088 compared to R599.... **** right there. PROVE ME WRONG I will wait.....
