Not even worth giving a rating

<p>My landline has been down for months, reported the fault on the 16th June, it is now the 4th July!!!!! Need i say more. My telkom Wi-fi has been down since the 30th June, reported on the 30th June, every time I phone, obviously using my cell phone, as my land line does not work, get told a technician has been dispatched, or a technician will be dispatched, or a technician is going to be dispatched. Really!!!!!!! I will be sending my cell phone account for a refund!!!!!</p>
