You could always just go to Telkom and upgrade your existing contracts you have with them.

Nowadays if you have more than 3 contracts, they first need to send your info and what you want to upgrade to, to head office for approval. What **** is this. Can someone explain to me why it should be done if you already have existing contracts with them and just want to upgrade your package.

This for me is a bunch of BS. The last couple of months the customer service and to assist the client sucks....

Can someone prove me wrong...
