Not even ICASA can assist with my Telkom issue!
<p>If Telkom doesn't assist you in resolving your issues you go to ICASA. What if ICASA can't even get Telkom to resolve your issue?! I have been struggling with Telkom since December last year and we just seem to go around in circles. Their incompetency is extremely frustrating! It's such a simple issue that could be resolved immediately if I was just able to speak to someone who has the authority to correct it, but it is impossible to get into contact with anyone like this! Nthabiseng Phasha resolved the issue once before in a matter of a couple of days, but Telkom accounts managed to stuff it up again. Now I can't even get into contact with her again to assist me. Beyond annooyed!</p>
Finally my issue with Telkom has been resolved. I still feel that Telkom needs to find a more efficient way of dealing with billing and accounts, but I did have the pleasure of speaking to some very patient and friendly staff on the customer care lines (and some not so much as well!)
