Not enough Service Centres for the public

Today I was back for the fifth time. Twice before I walked off after 45 minutes as there was no movement. Today I was assisted after 75 minutes. The people are always lining up - when I left they were up to the door . By the way, it takes me 30 minutes to drive there. Then another 5-10 to find parking.

To management: You either do not understand the problem, or have no vision for you company.
