Not Efficient

I have called numerous times and all calls were transferred to someone else and eventually I got hold of a person they say they cannot help as they cannot find my location even after I've give them the location. It took another person to phone to get a person who would send someone to find the area and would get back to me. That has been a week now not even so much as a whisper back on what is happening I am seriously not happy at all.
