Not doing their job

I've reported my telephone as faulty 3 or 4 in the last 4 months and everytime a telkom technician just clears the fault without even confirming it's fixed. Every time I report it I have to wait a minimum or two weeks to even get a reply. Your service is disgusting. Your technicians are useless. I can't wait until fibre so I can get rid of you fools.
