Not doing anything whole suburb telephones down

<p>My internet and telephone has been down since 30/06/2016 and so has my whole neighbourhood fault 48CWZ300616 This problem has been reported on date above and nothing has been done since.I know where the problem is its above ground at small pole on corner off street but every night i go look and still the same nothing been done while a whole neighbourhood suffers i dont know how this is not fixed</p>
