Not delivering what I ordered
I ordered a 20Mbps VDSL line on the 10th of November 2015. I was told it is available where I am and thus I placed the order. This morning the installer called me and said he has to downgrade it as 20Mbps VDSL is not available there. To me it's not about now having to pay R 100 less. I wanted the 20Mbps VDSL line. NOT ADSL. Unfortunately I need the line so I'm left helpless and irritated.
