Not delivering a Black Friday deal

I have app**** for an online Black Friday contract deal on Friday 24 November. I recieved a confirmation email from telkom stating that my application was successful and that they will contact me in 48 hours. Today is the 29th of November and I have still not been contacted. I have sent 4 emails regarding this, without any reply. I have been to a telkom shop, without any succes. They can not help me as it was an online deal.

What a waste of time.
