Not delivering

I ordered a new telephone line on 23 June 2014. It is still not installed!! First I was told it is a technical problem, then that I need to pay a deposit, then technical again. After several calls and threads I received and SMS that they would be at my house on 24 July. Well I am still waiting!! After I had to put in leave to spend the whole day at home waiting for them!! Today I hear that they don't have a vehicle to come to my house. Know they want to schedule for August only. I cancelled my other internet suppliers because of their promise. As from Friday I am out of internet!! I am busy with my masters degree and need internet access for my research and I have deadlines!! Up to know I haven't received one phone call from their side to apologize or explain.
