NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED!!!!!!!!!!!

I logged a call in March 2019, for poor WIFI connection , it is not September, everytime I call I get the response, we have escalated, someone will CALL YOU, Lucky I am not holding my breathe. The service is shocking and every time I have to call them it is actually nauseating, knowing that I am going to get the same response but still hope for the best!!!
