Not clear with the products when advertising

Why is it that prepaid and contract users pay the same amount for the freeme bundle but the benefits are not the same. 405 for 10g but with prepaid the deals are half what is on the contract.

Why is it when you search on the web it does not specify that the deals for contract are not the same as for the one on prepaid. With prepaid it doesn't matter how many gig you buy the video is always 25g so disappointed
