Not Clear????

I am currently 4 months with telkom on a 2mb line with 10gig softcap.<br> I asked for linespeed upgrade yesterday reference nr ***A which shown Done today.<br> <br> When I called in the technician told me know its not done cause Im on a package???<br> And for line speed upgrade there is a deposit of +- R700???? ***??<br> This plus monthly increase of 4mb line rate.<br> <br> How can one technician tel me one thing and the other another.<br> According to the 1st person I talked to I just pay for the 4mb lines difference extra each month and not a deposit.<br> <br> Either these people dont know what they are doing or someone is trying to cheat me out of money???
