NOT CANCELLING CONTRACT - NO FEEDBACK AFTER REVIEW
<p>I refer to my previous review regarding the Telkom contract which are still not cancelled after notice has been given in December 2016 already - REF ********** 7</p> <p>I receive a reply on my previous review with a Ref number and that is where it stopped. Although someone contact my husband, he requested the person to contact me and speak to me, and there it ended. Nobody contact me until now, and still we have no feedback or any proof or notification that the contract has been cancelled and that refunds arrangements be met...</p> <p>I really need urgent feedback to close this matter.</p> <p> </p>
Thank you for the feedback. I do however still want to know what will be happening withe the refund for the 5 months that payments had been deducted after the contract should have been cancelled.
I need somebody to urgently call me as my husband previously gave a consultant instraction to speak to me...We need this to get to finalization now...
