Not cancelling contract due to sales person misleading and being false about the information asked

On the 20th I send request about home wifi, sales person Moeketsi send me emails, we responded back an forth, I have emails on questions I asked where he **** to me about the contract. Like how far radios does it cover he said 200m it did not even cover 15meters. I asked if it fuly uncapped, he said yes when I did the set up it was an fair policy deal where I asked him specifically about that, on the 27th I requested him to cancel the contract as he **** to me on it. He said he would never did. I called they also said they would do it yet never done. I sent email to *** and the sales person with the proof of our converstation also the time of call, so they can go and listen to the recording. Yest nothing is happening. This was the 12th February. I want this contract to be cancelled as I received it on the 26January and cancwlled it on the 27th. Why are they not doing what is being asked. And why is your sales people misleading the public just to close a sale. Ref number ***8 and ***1 and ***5. My expectation is close the contract as requested on the 27th January and collect your rooter. If you do not cancel this I will report you to the ombudsman for miss selling and lying to the public. I have all the email and proof of the conversation that took place.
