Not cancelling contract after 2 year contract is complete

I emailed my cancellation form on the 11th of January as my 2 year contract ends on the 9th of February and requested termination for the 10th of February giving 30 days notice as required. My contract has not been terminated and I have send many emails to many different emails, contacted them on Facebook and phoned many times. I have received a response only via Facebook who told me to forward my original cancellation form to ********** Contract still active, still no feedback or response. Really disgusting and pathetic that this is even allowed in a democratic, I will just have to stop their debit order or what else is left?
