In January I laid a complaint that I wanted to close my account - Sakhi Mkita assured me that it was closed via email. I am still receiving bills asking me to pay for the month of April?<br> <br> PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND CORRECT MY BILL AND GIVE ME MY CLOSING BALANCE FROM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT IN JANUARY
