Not BILLED NOW BLACKLISTED

I have complained already about this multiple times. Its actually a ****ing JOKE. I got a 8ta contract on debit order u guys NEVER debited my account. I phoned MULTIPLE TIMES to have the detail checked. You then cut off the account. Then eventually i managed to get a statement i queried the statement as there was a cut off fee of 800 rand for what? You guys messed up not me why must i pay a cut off fee? You don't even try to contact me and again NOBODY bothered to reply now apparently I am reported for blacklisting because of UR **** up when i pay everything else every single month !!!!!
