Not being informed about terms and conditions

Good day.

I app**** for a cellphone contract at Telkom in cape town CBD in August. I initially wanted Huawei mate 9 until the consultant suggested that i take a P10 plus which came with an arm fitband. So we did the contract and she gave me my device(the phone) and said the arm bands were out of stock but were going to be delivered that same day in the afternoon and was going to give me a call to come and collect it. A day passed never got a call and decided to go to the store where i was told she was off for the following 2 weeks. After that 2 weeks we kept communicating via emails asking if the bands haven't arrived yet and she said no but will tell me as soon as they arrive. I then decided to call telkom customer care and asked about those fitband and the guy who assisted me told me that, the P10 Plus phone contract that came with those fitband was a limited thing while stocks last it might happen that when i took that contract those stocks were already out. After that i emailed the consultant and still insisted that i was going to get my fitband they are still ordered. It been two months now still waiting, what am i supposed to do coz the main reason i agreed to taking this phone was because she suggested it from what i wanted to take the mate9 and she never told me that the offer was only for while stocks last. So now im stuck with the phone that I have already paid 2 monthly installment for and going for the 3rd one yet there is still stuff outstanding for it.
