not aware of the upgrade

hi I would like to inform you that BONGUMUSA NKABINDE migrated me apparently with a smart brand wireless 5gb that im not even aware of according to my statement it shows payment is due this month what can be done of this because im sure that I did not sign up for a migration thanks would ike it to be sorted out soon as possible
