Not authorized debit Order

Please note order has been done 18 January 2023 Ref No : ***A

Please note I was on a Telkom Adsl contract when a Telkom sales agent has contacted me to advise me they are doing away with Adsl in my area and I will be moved to a Smart Brand package with no additional changes of amount and still be paying R209.00 a month which I did agree on , in March 2023 i was debited R754.75 which I was not aware and which I did request a call Recording and was advised a call Recording will be sent to me which has not happened to date, I also have made numerous contacts with Telkom on numerous occasions and just been transfered into different departments and to date I have not been assisted

I also advised billing and the sales department that if my correct debit order is not debited from my account I will reverse the debit order due to I have not committed to any additional amounts to be debited from my bank account without my

In May 2023 R1099.90 to be debited from my account which I have not committed to any additional amount over the amount of R209.00 a month
