Not Answerering phone calls nor emails

I have been trying to contact Telkom since this morning, and i have been holding the line for 20min everytime, theres no answer nor any feedback on emails.<br> <br> I have sent a cancellation request through for cancellation of a Telkom Line on the 2 july, and i havent heard anything back yet from anyone.<br> Info:<br> *** (Telkom Line)<br> Reason Being: Moving property at the end of the month<br> To be cancelled on the 31 July 2015<br> Paul Edkins<br> ***<br> [Email Removed]
