Not Acknowledging my termination of contract

absolutely terrible and i guess expected service. mailed a cancelation including all the required documentation , yet no ackowledgement mail or call as stated on their cancellation document call the call centre yesterday , speak to a consultant and all that i am told is that i need to send another mail and see what happens . Really?

then i insist on another process and then i am given a false email address for the retentions department.

I went from enjoying the LTE service greatly to completely dispising their company even more
