Not able to receive calls/sms’s

Worst service ever! I am unable to receive any incoming calls or SMS’s since 27 July and Telkom is not doing anything to fix it. Being on one of the biggest contracts would make you think you would be valued as a customer. Still I have to phone the call centre every day for feedback and escalation still nothing happens and I don’t receive any feedback. Apparently my nr is being held hostage by by Vodacom? How is that even possible?
