Not able to get through to Telkom for help!

Im not sure what to do now. I ordered a cellphone on the on the internet and got pre approved, ithen got a call from Telkom to complete the registration and got offered a 5gb sim card along with my cellphone, which is also accepted. long story short... the sim card was approved and not the phone. ive been calling and even went to Telkom at Greenstone Mall and turned and told they couldn't assist since I app**** online. i have called Telkom numerous times dont seem to get help!!!

I have not not used the sim card since i have received and would appreciate it if Telkom stopped sending me billings for every month
