Not able to contact anyone for feedback

Just two months into my contract and i already regret this decision to make telkom my service provide of choice.<br> Their call center are for ever unavailable and the staff at their store in Sandton city are equally useless.<br> Iv made numerous attempts to contact the store to track the progress of my two month old phone sent in for repairs with no success. The lines are either engaged or rings continousley. Some of the staff are also very unhelpful and useless as i had to deal with their attitude and lack of efficiency when booking in the phone.Its also shocking that a big company like Telkom cannot link their systems as online and in-store applications or communication seems like its between two separate companies.<br> Utterly disgusted, will not recommend Telkom to anyone going foward!
