Not a happy chappie

I have Telkom's LTE service and it is slow. The service lines on the router is mostly just 2 lines dropping down to 1 line and at times no lines. I went to Telkom Direct at Baywest. They gave me a new SIM Card which did not help. The queue in front of the store is long, so Telkom has a big problem.
