Not a good telecommunications service provider.

I have a 3 year contract with Telkom. My contract ends in July. Without email notification or telephone notification, they just increase the debit order amount. Was this not at a fixed price for 3 years? I call to ask requesting a callback. They never called. I call in being fed up. The person on the other end say... "Oh it is due to inflation, we did email you" Never received any email.
