NOT a compliment for the company but its EMPLOYEE

I have been a resident in the Ashley area for just over 2 years , from the on set of having my Telkom account I have had line issues < from the beginning of my fault reporting I have been told that the fault lies 400m away from my home. From the onset I have repeatedly been told it is resolved, I have had POOR line quality or no service at all ! NON of the telkom Employees have made the effort to actually locate and repair the line ... UNTIL Mandla visited our home on 2 Sep. He took the time to find the fault regardless of the logistics getting there as our neighboring properties are not accessible from the main road. <br> <br> IF ONLY TELKOMS SERVICE WAS AS GOOD AS MANDLA\S you would find your compliments over taking your complaints ! <br> <br> WELL DONE MANDLA if you ever get to see this.!"
