Norwood Telkom non customer service.

1 star is a better option for Telkom Norwood service. I went there on Sunday to sign up for a contract, I was told to bring 6 months bank statement because I didn't have a payslip with me, I went and got it then it was a case of system problem they would call me on Monday, I never got a call until Wednesday when they told me the system declines because they can't find my banking details and now I can't get the contract, hmm what a shocking reason then I told the lady to put the banking details if she can't find them simple then on Thursday I sent someone there to check and they did what they did and told me my credit score declined wise another shocker because all my accounts are up to date. I don't have clothing accounts I only have a car, bond and student loan only on my name so which credit score can come with a zero especially since I am employed as a financial administrator and have just gotten appointed for a new job where ITC was checked and came clean which one is telkom using then to determine their own? I don't really care about what they are saying but I have registered for notifications if someone taps on my credit profile I get notified. These people did not do any check on me they just thumb sucked what to say and it's very disgusting. Telkom Norwood needs new staff and well trained at that.
